Only 200 invitations were issued on 11 August 2020 round of invitations. 154 invitations went to Registered Nurses, the other 46 invitations went very likely to the other medical professionals.

Condition 8504 – notice for skilled migration visa holders
If you were outside Australia when you were granted 189, 190,489 or 491 visa. Condition 8504 provides that: the holder must enter Australia as the holder of the visa to which the condition applies before a date specified by the Minister. This date could be postponed.
