Every year, a significant number of people are coming to study in Australia with the intention to apply for Permanent Residence Visa after completion of their studies.
If the student has completed a course that is leading to the occupation which is on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) she/he can apply for Graduate Visa or if eligible, directly for a Permanent Visa.
