Our mentors
CHARLES
Charles offers his phenomenal experience in temporary work visas (short term subclass 400 & long term subclass 482) and all skilled visas. He is also very experienced in RRV and AAT. Additionally, Charles (together with Paulina) helps you to lead a business or investor visa subclass 188/132.
MAGDALENA
Magdalena is an expert in family law. She has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in partner and family visas & AAT (in all areas). She has worked with clients from more than 35 different countries. Magdalena is the best mentor if you have a very difficult case.
PAULINA
Paulina offers business mentoring (profit, reputation & consistency in the number of clients). She is the founder of Nowak Migration visa services & mentoring for agents. She is not a MARA registered migration agent - Paulina focuses on the business.

How it works?
There are 3 option to choose from ↓ ↓ ↓
Clinet case mentoring
This mentoring session is designed for an agent who has a client but doesn't know how to lodge the visa application because:
- it's your first time lodging this type of application and you don't feel confident
- client case is complicated
- client case is very specific or very complicated
You will be guided step by step, from the beginning to the moment the application is lodged. Charle's or Magdalen's job is to teach you and to make sure you know and understand every step.
This session can be booked with Magdalena or Charles.
One-off mentoring
It's your chance to talk in person to Charles or Magdalena for 1 hour. You can ask any questions you want - the 1 hour session is dedicated only to you. To make the most of it, we suggest that you write a list of questions.
The one-off mentoring session can be done over the phone or Skype. Skype is more preferable as we can see our faces & we can share our computer screen - you can see the immigration office website or other references.
Mentoring sesson can be done in our offcie too - you are very welcome at our Noosa or Gold Coast office.

Business mentoring with Paulina
Paulina is the founder of Nowak Migration. The business is her baby. Through her mentoring sessions, she shares everything with you (yes, you are correct - everything!). Paulina is not scared of competitors or losing her business. She shares all her knowledge because she believes in what R. Ingersoll said: We rise by lifting others.
Paulina teaches you:
